RQI Player (v.1.2)

RQI PlayerThe RQI Player is a free app that let's you tune in to Radio Québec International (first and second channels) at all times from your Android based mobile device (smartphone or tablet). The user interface will display the following informations : name of the artist, title of the song and the album title and/or the year of release.

You can start and stop the stream, or quit the app at the touch of a button. The volume slider let's you increase or decrease the sound output without affecting the global sound parameters of your device. CLICK HERE to get a preview of the player's interface.

N.B. To install the RQI Player (version 1.2), you must allow the installation of unknown source peripherals (i.e. non-Market). The RQI Player will require an access to your wireless network to stream RQI's audio feed and to update the information display. The RQI Player app won't necessitate any other permissions and won't transmit any private information stored on your device.
